We were honoured to welcome Ms Padmavathy, an IAS officer and parent of Sreejith from gr 5 Sahyadris to our classroom for an enlightening session on "Being a Good Citizen."

Ms. Padmavathy engaged the students with her inspiring stories and practical examples of how individuals can contribute positively to society. She emphasized the importance of kindness, responsibility, and active participation in community activities. She also talked about fundamental duties that children at their level can perform. The children were captivated by her real-life experiences and the interactive discussions that followed.

Ms Padmavathy even conducted an activity which children loved and learned quite a lot from. Her visit not only reinforced the values we strive to instill in our students but also encouraged them to take pride in their role as young citizens. We are grateful for her invaluable contribution and the lasting impact she has made on our students' understanding of citizenship.
