Report on independence day celebration

"THREE SHADES OF FREEDOM"

It was a red letter day in the history of India when we got our independence on August 15, 1947. All the denizens of the country celebrate this festival every year with great pomp and show. It was not celebrated any less this time by the students of Anand Niketan Satellite Campus this year as well.

Even though this year’s celebration was online , the students made it a memorable and wonderous experience

The program started on an auspicious note with salutations to Mother India. Poems were recited about her beauty and virtue.

The beauty of silence and non-violence was demonstrated by the Mime-play Swaraj Hind. Some of our energetic and graceful dancers put on an enticing show rendering their unconditional love for their nation. Powerful speeches were delivered to inspire and motivate students to stand up for their country. A highly interactive session to find out the India of our dreams and what can we do to make it one, also took place accommodating inputs from various students,teachers and parents alike.

The event ended with appreciation given to all our mentors for their unconditional support and guidance.
