Strict gate pass procedures are followed for students during early departures or authorised exits. Every visitor entering the campus is required to register at the reception and obtain a Visitor Entry Pass.

Visitor movement within the campus is monitored and restricted to authorised areas only. Security personnel are stationed at all major entry and exit points throughout the school day.

The entire campus is monitored through CCTV cameras installed at key locations including classrooms, corridors, entry gates and common areas. Continuous surveillance helps ensure student safety and enables quick response in case of any concern.

Students remain under the supervision of teachers and staff members during school hours, dispersal, and school activities. Duty staff members are deployed during arrival, recess, dispersal, and transition times.

The school conducts regular safety drills and emergency preparedness activities. Fire safety equipment and first‑aid facilities are available across the campus.

Student handover procedures are followed carefully during dispersal.

Parents and guardians are informed and verified for special permissions or changes to pick‑up arrangements.
